Caroline Dunlea is the CEO and co-founder of Co. Clare based company Core Optimisation. Caroline co-founded the award-winning digital growth and transformation agency Core Optimisation in 2015, which supports digital transformation and digital performance growth for businesses within the Irish and UK markets. Caroline brings over 15 years of experience in the Digital sector, was a 2022 finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Emerging category, is a former Chairperson of Digital Business Ireland and won the Entrepreneur Award from Dublin Tech Summit, Women in Tech in 2019.

David Brett is Co- Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Core Optimisation and has over 20 years of experience leading teams in digital and technology sectors. He has extensive experience working with both private and public sector businesses. In 2015, he co-founded Core Optimisation Ltd with Caroline Dunlea, creating a team of digital marketing experts who work with over 100 clients to enhance their digital presence through a combination of digital strategy, channel optimisation, data and digital transformation.

Ger Hayden is Director of Digital at Core Optimisation, where he leads the agency's digital offering and works with clients to develop growth strategies that connect customer insight, data, creativity, technology and media. He is responsible for shaping digital strategy across the agency, helping brands identify new opportunities for growth while ensuring marketing investment delivers measurable commercial outcomes.
