Chief People Officer

Core Optimisation are looking for a Chief People Officer to join our growing team and to provide full support to our team who are based both hybrid and remote. The successful candidate will have 4+ years’ experience in HR, who is comfortable working in a stand alone HR role, reporting to the CEO. Candidates must be comfortable with a hybrid working model where a blend of office and home based working is encouraged. 

This is a part time and flexible hours position. 

Responsibilities included:

  • Develop an overall talent management strategy, including performance management and development, workforce planning, training and development, succession planning and the recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain a harmonious working environment to ensure colleagues are aware of the role they play in achieving the overall company objectives.
  • Consider the welfare and well-being of the team, and lead our wellbeing programme. 
  • Ensure high levels of employee engagement within the company.
  • Manage all employee issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Support the Management Team and Team Leads.
  • Promote our company values and shape a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Conduct job skills training, providing honest and objective formal and informal feedback and giving support and coaching as necessary.
  • Coach and support line managers regarding HR issues/challenges including Employment Law, HR Policies & Procedures, and staff relations
  • Responsible for our Peer to Peer Award Recognition Initiative. 
  • Ensure all staff are clearly focused on the need to satisfy the customer and are given the opportunity to use their individual skills.
  • In collaboration with management develop career roadmaps for the team. 
  • Manage areas such as holidays, reviews, promotions, working standards and general working procedures.
  • Responsible for the new hire onboarding process. 
  • Ensure regular communication briefings with all colleagues as per our Communications strategy.
  • Ensure that all aspects of absence, timekeeping grievance and discipline are communicated and dealt with effectively with Management support.

Digital Director

Core Optimisation is a rapidly growing digital agency and are Google Partners and Meta Business Partners. Due to our continued growth, we require a Digital Director to join our team. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years’ experience managing teams in a digital agency. The right candidate must be passionate about digital and the delivery of exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Manage the Digital team to ensure the smooth operations of the main Digital Functions of the Agency which include: Paid Search, SEO, Social and Conversion / Analytics
  • Ensure the customer is at the centre of our Digital team’s approach
  • Lead Strategy Direction of the operations team – Ensure the strategic and creative excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs.
  • Lead effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the agency to deliver client success
  • Capacity Planning and Optimisation to maximise team output and efficiencies, with responsibility for all team work in progress.
  • Ensuring Department & Client Budgets are effectively managed throughout the agency
  • Mentor team members and develop their skill set in accordance with their individual goals and objectives and career path.
  • Drive Efficiency in the Agency by refining processes, introducing new technology and automation.
  • Driving Innovation within the Digital Team and feeding Initiatives and trends to the team
  • Manage relationships with key partners including Google and Meta
  • Lead on the recruitment of new team members while building the culture of the Digital team.
  • Be actively involved in new business efforts from qualifying opportunities to leading pitch teams.

Requirements

  • Third Level Qualification in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ managing teams in a Digital Agency
  • Previous recent experience working in an agency environment at Senior Account Manager / Account Director Level.
  • Strong Digital Skills with expertise in all Digital channels: PPC, SEO, Content, Social, Programmatic, etc.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with clients at senior level.
  • Experience in growing and developing teams
  • Demonstrable commercial experience with experience growing client revenues 
  • Strong experience in participating in new business pitches;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Management reporting experience essential.

Responsibilities

Paid Search Specialist – Lead Generation

Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a wider team to ensure overall leads and revenue grow for your client portfolio.
  • Develop a clear understanding of each clients business and their objectives and develop Paid Search Strategy in line with Customer Strategy
  • Develop the overall lead generation strategy to fill clients sales funnel most cost-effectively

Required Experience

  • 2+ years experience with B2B online marketing programs, with a focus on lead generation
  • Software industry experience, particularly SAAS, a plus

The role involves building meaningful relationships with one of Core’s most valued clients and helping the Irish visitor experience and attractions industry thrive! The successful candidate for this role will be looking for an exciting new challenge. You should have a passion for building and developing business relationships, a deep understanding of digital, including systems, websites and marketing.

Responsibilities:

● Act as a direct point of contact for the key stakeholders within the project.
● Proactively help our client achieve their goals and objectives
● Manage our communications both internally and externally to our client as it pertains to the Digital that Delivers Programme.
● Work closely with the project management team to ensure priorities are met and our clients expectations are exceeded.
● Manage all Continuous improvement initiatives/process improvement within the programme that will result in positive outcomes for our customer.
● Work with internal teams like Project Coordinators and Lead Consultants to provide a seamless and positive experience for our client.
● Identify and build engaging case studies.
● Manage key metrics that feed into our client based goals around retention, growth, and advocacy.

Candidate Profile
