CRM Analyst

Data Analyst

The Data Analyst responsibilities include carrying out analysis and evaluation of project effectiveness with key stakeholders. This will include analysing CRM data, identifying trends and Survey evaluations and utilising tools such as BI reports.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Compiling and populating Performance reports and distributing to Senior Team. 
  • Serve as the CRM data analyst specialist for a large project
  • Identify and investigate trends, patterns, anomalies, spikes and other occurrences in data sets that will help drive intelligent planning and decisions.
  • Collaborating with the wider team and business partners to build innovative reporting and insight solutions using existing and external tools.
  • Ensure the project CRM system provides an effective and efficient funnel to track, service and monitor project participant activity and progress 
  • Manage quality and consistency of data, train users, generate reports and input data to support the project
  • Use reporting and BI tools to highlight risks and opportunities for the project
  • Create reports for colleagues to help them make more effective decisions.
  • Carry out Project evaluation with key stakeholders using survey tools
  • Analyse feedback from project evaluation and feed recommendations and improvements back to project team
  • Maintaining excellent communication with all project leads and ensuring they are well-informed regarding key performance indicator trends
  • Work with cross-functional teams to build reports and interactive experiences for data delivery and easily understood presentation to clients.
  • Update and maintain stakeholder records within the CRM system
  • Communicate with project team on a regular basis to ensure clean data for use across all areas of the organization
  • Assist with administrative duties related to research & business intelligence
  • Demonstrate a complete commitment to the goals and mission of the project

Experience Required

  • 2-4 years of experience in a CRM and/or analytical role (ideal backgrounds include: a similar business analyst role in hospitality, marketing agency, web company, data-base management, CRM administrator, or other data strategy type positions)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or similar field
  • Ability to work with large datasets and summarize findings in a clear format
  • Combine creative and pragmatic use of insight and data with attention to detail
  • Strong mathematical skills to analyze reports including conversion rates, business won and lost and return on investment formulas
  • Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and ability to quickly learn industry related windows software
  • Experience with statistical packages such as Power BI, SAS, R, SPSS, etc. a plus
  • Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM system management experience required
  • Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
  • Demonstrated ability to convey a sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion & diversity, integrity, customer focus, and respect
  • Strong Communication (verbal & written) and Interpersonal Skill
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Skills:

  • An individual with proven experience in delivering reports and presentations through visualization tools e.g. PowerBI, PowerPoint, Click Up, etc.
  • Someone who is skilled in problem-solving and has excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide impactful insights from data.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to build reports and interactive experiences for data delivery and easily understood presentation to clients.

Measurement & Analytics Specialist

Core Optimisation is one of Ireland’s fastest growing independent agencies. Established in 2015, Core are a Google Partner and a Facebook Marketing Partner. We’ve seen a 400% growth in turnover over the last 18 months and are in the process of adding a range of digital transformation and consulting capabilities to complement our performance marketing teams. 

Our founders Caroline and David founded the agency with the belief that strong and clear strategy only grows out of close collaboration. The Measurement & Analytics Specialist will be helping our team and clients embark on major transformation as we enter an exciting period of change in online Marketing.

The specialist will be joining a small but growing and ambitious Data & Insights team which is strongly supported by and works closely with the senior management team.

The role in more detail

We are seeking a Measurement & Analytics Specialist that is looking forward to a challenge, that wants to set strong measurement foundations for their clients and is keen to get stuck in and excited to learn all that is new about measurement.

Status: Full time / Part time. Remote working is available for the right candidate in Ireland with some on site requirements each month. Preferably we are looking for someone in the MidWest region that can be on site in our Shannon HQ each week for 2 to 3 days.

Reports to: Steve Collins, Director of Digital

Role focus: Expertly support the deployment of Google Analytics 4, advanced ecommerce tracking, Google Tag Manager support for our existing and new clients.

Main duties and responsibilities: 

  • Google Tag Manager support, troubleshooting and deployment across eCommerce / Lead Gen websites.
  • Google Analytics 4 research, setup and deployment.
  • First party data integrations across multiple platforms.
  • Measurement Planning and Strategy collaboration.
  • Google Analytics setup, maintenance and optimisation.
  • Google Analytics – point of contact for troubleshooting & technical support.
  • Google Data Studio maintenance and setup, 
  • Maintenance, planning and creation of internal and external data connections, dashboards for operational support.
  • Google Ads tracking support, maintenance and deployment.
  • Facebook Ads tracking support, maintenance and deployment.
  • Support and deployment of multiple ad hoc tracking solutions.

Must Haves

  • Google Analytics advanced knowledge
  • Google Tag Manager advanced knowledge
  • A keen interest and advocate for first party data

Role:

Due to our continued growth, Core Optimisation is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager. This person will join the team to assist with a large Digital Transformation project. The role involves building meaningful relationships with one of Core’s most valued clients and helping the Irish visitor experience and attractions industry thrive! The successful candidate for this role will be looking for an exciting new challenge. You should have a passion for building and developing business relationships, a deep understanding of digital, including systems, websites and marketing.

Responsibilities:

● Act as a direct point of contact for the key stakeholders within the project.
● Proactively help our client achieve their goals and objectives
● Manage our communications both internally and externally to our client as it pertains to the Digital that Delivers Programme.
● Work closely with the project management team to ensure priorities are met and our clients expectations are exceeded.
● Manage all Continuous improvement initiatives/process improvement within the programme that will result in positive outcomes for our customer.
● Work with internal teams like Project Coordinators and Lead Consultants to provide a seamless and positive experience for our client.
● Identify and build engaging case studies.
● Manage key metrics that feed into our client based goals around retention, growth, and advocacy.
● Enhance Customer success plans and key deliverables that include appropriate milestones, tasks and regular customer interactions with associated updates, based on the customer success engagement methodology and best practices.
● Build meaningful relationships with the wider Digital that Delivers team – externally and internally
● Responsible for the quarterly review of our customers’ experience through an NPS score.
● Support the preparation and delivery of reports for QBR customer reviews.
● Deliver updates and communications to internal & external stakeholders
● Sign off of Project Evaluation reports that demonstrate the positive impact of the projects

Candidate Profile

● Must have strong digital marketing acumen
● Must be from a hospitality background
● Prior experience in Customer Success Managing projects and relationships.
● Must be results focused, creative and solution driven
● Desire to work in a high growth, dynamic startup environment. Your progression is limited only by your own abilities
● Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills and the ability to interact with and influence a variety of personnel across the organisation and its clients
● Energetic and highly motivated

Skills and Qualifications:

● 5 – 10 years experience in a client facing role.
● Experience of working in a fast growing company
● Strong knowledge of digital marketing, hospitality technology and website best practices.
