Director of Digital

Core Optimisation is a rapidly growing Google Premier Partner digital agency who are in the top 5% of Google Premier Partners in EMEA. Due to our continued growth, we require a Director of Digital to join our team. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years’ experience managing teams in a digital agency. The right candidate must be passionate about digital marketing, innovation and team development. Our business is fast-paced, exciting and dynamic and we are looking for a flexible and driven individual who thrives in a busy environment

This role offers flexible working hours and remote location for the right candidate.

  • Responsibilities

    • Manage the Digital team to ensure the smooth operations of the main Digital Functions of the Agency – Paid Search, SEO, Social and Conversion / Analytics
    • Lead Digital Strategy – Ensure the strategic and creative excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs.
    • Lead effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the agency to deliver client success
    • Prioritise and manage clients’ expectations
    • Capacity Planning and Optimisation to maximise team output and efficiencies, with responsibility for all team work in progress.
    • Ensuring Clients Budgets are effectively managed throughout the agency
    • Mentor team members and develop their skill set in accordance with their individual goals and objectives and career path.
    • Drive Efficiency in the Agency by refining processes, introducing new technology and automation.
    • Driving Innovation within the Digital Team and feeding Initiatives and trends to the team
    • Manage relationships with key partners including Google and Facebook
    • Play a key role in the recruitment of new team members as and when required
    • Be actively involved in new business efforts from qualifying opportunities to leading pitch teams.
  • Required Experience

    • Third Level Qualification in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
    • A minimum of 3 years’ managing teams in a Digital Agency
    • Previous recent experience working in an agency environment at Senior Account Manager / Account Director Level.
    • Strong Digital Skills with expertise in all Digital channels: PPC, SEO, Content, Social, Programmatic, etc.
    • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with clients at senior level.
    • Experience in growing and developing teams
    • Demonstrable commercial experience with experience growing client revenues 
    • Strong experience in participating in new business pitches;
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Management reporting experience essential.

Paid Social Specialist

Core Optimisation is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency who are recognised as being in the top 5% of Google Premier Partners in EMEA and are also a Facebook Marketing Partner. We are the Results focused, straight talking performance digital marketing agency – partnering with businesses to exceed their digital goals and objectives.

Due to our continued growth, we require a Paid Social Specialist with 2+ years’ experience in a similar role. The right candidate must be passionate about Paid Social and the successful applicant will join our dynamic team specialising in Digital Growth for our clients. We are passionate about increasing our clients’ revenue and the ideal candidate will share that passion.

Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a wider team to ensure Online Revenue grows for a client portfolio.
  • Create and Manage Effective Paid Social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin
  • Working on a client portfolio with the goal of maximising Revenue Opportunities while working within ROI and CPA targets.
  • Ensuring Paid Social Strategy is consistent with overall Digital Growth Strategy for the Client.
  • Developing Full Funnel Strategies
  • Ensuring each campaign is consistent with Best Practice and is Continually Optimised using the below tactics.
  • Ad Copy Testing
  • Optimising Budgets
  • Ad Format Optimisation
  • Optimising Audience and Interest targeting
  • Testing Different Bid Strategies
  • Landing Page Optimisation
  • Optimising Conversion Rates

Required Experience

  • 2 Years Experience in a Similar Role Essential
  • Experience using full funnel strategies including Reach, Conversion, Remarketing and Product Feeds
  • Performance Driven and ROI Focused
  • Proven track record at prioritising workload and hit targets
  • Strong analytics skill set
  • A passion for Digital marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • A team player with Enthusiasm and Drive
