Digital Account Manager

We require a passionate digital marketer/ecommerce specialist to join our team as a Digital Account Manager. The right candidate will join our dynamic team specialising in Digital Growth for our clients.

The role will be focused on account management ensuring all aspects of communication between Core Optimisation and the clients is managed to a high standard. A key element of this role will be working with the Digital Operations team to ensure an agreed online strategy is scoped, communicated and implemented across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • The Digital Account Manager will be a champion of Digital Marketing Strategy within Core Optimisation
  • Working as part of a wider team to lead traffic and revenue growth for a client portfolio by:
    • Developing strong client and internal relationships
    • Evaluating and analysing client needs
    • Building trust and transparency with our clients
    • Acting as a client advocate within Core Optimisation
    • Encouraging clients to upgrade their service where necessary
    • Promoting client loyalty through delivering a high level of service
  • Assist in effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the agency to deliver client success
  • Prioritise and manage clients’ expectations
  • Have a full understanding of clients’ needs and business objectives
  • Develop relationships with key influencers within clients’ companies.
  • Assist in the planning and oversight of Digital Campaigns
  • Have an understanding of SEO, PPC, SEM, Video, Social etc and the importance of an omnichannel strategy.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations and communications
  • Analyse campaign results and carrying out optimisation if needed
  • Compile reports and recommendations based on the strategy as required

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience of having worked in an agency environment at Account Executive / Manager level.
  • Digital native, expertise in all Digital channels: PPC, SEO, Content, Social, Programmatic, etc.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with clients at senior level.
  • A thorough understanding of how digital fits into and complements general marketing strategies.
  • Experience in participating in new business pitches;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in working professionally with Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Digital Account Executive

Core Optimisation is a rapidly growing Google Premier Partner digital agency that is recognised as being in the top 5% of Google Premier Partners in EMEA. We are the Results-focused, straight talking performance digital marketing agency – partnering with businesses to exceed their digital goals and objectives.

Due to our continued growth, we require a passionate digital marketer to join our team as a Digital Account Executive. The right candidate will join our dynamic team specialising in Digital Growth for our clients. 

The role will be focused on customer service and account management for our clients ensuring all aspects of communication between Core Optimisation and the clients is managed to a high standard. A key element of this role will also be working with the Digital Operations team to maintain Paid Search campaigns for accounts across Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager along with working closely with the team to identify and implement growth strategies.

  • Create and Manage Effective Paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Working on a client portfolio with the goal of maximising Revenue Opportunities while working within ROI and CPA targets.
  • Ensuring the Paid traffic strategy is consistent with the overall Digital Growth Strategy for the Client.
  • Identifying and reporting on key performance indicators and opportunities for improvement regularly

Required Experience

Project Coordinator

Due to our continued growth, we require a Project Coordinator to assist with a large Digital Transformation project. The Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assisting and supporting the project manager.
  • Assisting with the coordinating of a large Digital transformation project
  • Liaising with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Developing relationships with industry participants and the project team and communicate project status to all participants
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
  • Ensuring projects are on track and flagging any barriers to progress
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
  • Facilitating access to Mentor Panel
  • Reviewing and Approving digital marketing briefs for work before they go to contractors
  • Ensuring grant funded work meets quality criteria through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Organising and attending stakeholder meetings.
  • Attending project team meetings
  • Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves

Experience Required

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of the Digital Marketing Industry
  • Previous experience in Website and Digital projects 
  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools
  • BSc in Business Administration or related field
