Senior SEO Specialist
Core Optimisation are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to take a leading role in the planning and execution of SEO campaigns across a range of client accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident owning day-to-day SEO delivery, contributing to strategy, and working directly with clients, while collaborating closely with senior leadership on overall direction.
You’ll be hands-on in execution but also play a key role in shaping recommendations, identifying opportunities, and driving performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance & Insights
- Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party platforms
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Take ownership of regular reporting and contribute to performance reviews with clients
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities to improve organic performance
Content & Collaboration
- Work closely with clients to produce SEO-led briefs and optimisation recommendations
- Support content planning through keyword targeting and gap analysis

Financial Accountant
Core Optimisation is a rapidly growing Google Premier Partner and Meta Business Partner digital agency
and due to a pending Maternity leave in our Finance department, we are looking for a Financial Accountant for a 12-month, Fixed Term, Maternity leave cover contract, starting in May 2026.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in financial accounting or financial administration and
will work alongside our CFO and our Accounts Assistant. As a Financial Accountant within the Core Optimisation’s finance team, you will play a pivotal role in planning, budgeting and reporting on the Digital Marketing business objectives. The right candidate must be passionate about digital and the delivery of exceptional customer experience. Our business is exciting and dynamic, and we are looking for a flexible and driven individual who thrives in a busy environment.
It is expected that this role will be a 12-month FTC on a 4-day week (30 hours), based in Shannon.
Roles and responsibilities of the Financial Accountant:
• Monthly payroll processing
• Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions. Ensure timely and accurate
recording of financial transactions.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables, facilitating collections.
• Generate and issue invoices to clients in conjunction with the sales team.
• Expenses processing ensuring proper compliance with the process across the business
• Perform reconciliation of balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
• Preparation and filing of VAT Returns and PAYE returns,
• Assist the CFO in the monthly closing of the financial period in a timely manner
• Assist in preparing Monthly Financial reports such as P&L and Cashflow
• Act as a liaison between Finance and the rest of the business regarding new customers and
leads.
• Any other Ad Hoc projects that the CFO may deem necessary
Skills and Competencies:
• 3-5 years proven experience as a Financial Accountant/ Finance Administrator or similar role
• Strong team player
• Strong organisational, multitasking skills, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven success working with all levels of management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
• Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP system a distinct advantage

Core Optimisation is an award-winning digital performance agency seeking a PPC Specialist to join our growing Paid Media team. This high-impact role reports directly to the Head of Paid Media and offers the opportunity to shape strategy and influence client growth.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, including lead generation and large-scale eCommerce. This role is ideal for a commercially minded performance marketer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and balances hands-on execution with strategic development.
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Strategy and Consulting
- Strategic Partner: Act as a lead for key accounts by focusing on overall business growth rather than just campaign execution.
- Account Roadmaps: Help develop long term roadmaps to identify upsell and cross-channel opportunities aligned with client objectives.
- Performance Reviews Lead monthly and quarterly reviews and confidently present insights and strategic direction to stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Experience 2 plus years managing PPC campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
- Client Management: Proven ability to lead client meetings and manage expectations while growing accounts strategically.
- Technical Knowledge: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Experience with Meta Ads is a strong advantage.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced experience with GA4 and Looker Studio. Knowledge of Shopify and SEMrush is required.
- Technical Architecture Experience with Google Tag Manager and a strong understanding of conversion architecture.
